confirmed SWIFT MT199 slip/documentation by the Provider to my bank for the amount of
US$225,000,000.00
THAT:
I will make an agreed deposit payment of US$125,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND USD Dollars) to the Provider’s nominated Bank Account/BTC Wallet/Or any other
method of receiving fees before the Issuance/Release of MT103.
Any breach of the above clause will result in the Provider/Issuing bank taking whatever action it deems
fit to protect and will be at liberty to declare the instrument to be null and void or that the instrument
has been cancelled and not usable and as well as to declare a fraud alert on the instrument.
The above undertaking is binding on us, our successors and/or assignees. We as the assigned
beneficiary or as indicated by us, indemnify you; Provider, the issuing bank and all others named or
associated in this transaction, and hold all harmless against any claim or loss, which may arise against
us or the receiving bank in this transaction.
