TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA as per ISRI Scrap standards (HMS 1&2 80:20):
HMS No. 1: (80%) as per ISRI Codes 200 – 202 HMS No. 2: (20%) as per ISRI Codes 203 – 206
loaded in mixedcondition. Average bulk density of 80:20 scrap mix shall be minimum 0.5 t/ m3

ISRI STANDARD 200 No. 1: heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4 inch and over in thickness.
Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging. ISRI
STANDARD 201 No. 1: heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4 inch and over in
thickness. Individual pieces not over 36 x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact
charging.
ISRI STANDARD 202 No. 1: heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4
inch andover in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a
manner to insure compact charging.
ISRI STANDARD 204 No. 2: heavy melting steel. * Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized,
maximumsize 36 x 18 inches. May include all automobile scrap properly prepared.
ISRI STANDARD 205 No. 2: heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black
and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared;
however, to be free ofsheet iron or thin gauged material.

ISRI STANDARD 206 No. 2: heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black
and galvanized, maximum size 60 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared;
however, to be free ofsheet iron or thin gauged material.
Foreign materials (as detailed above) in overall cargo not to exceed 1 (one) percent. In case Foreign
materials exceeds 1 (one) percent, Seller will reimburse the amount exceeding 1 (one) percent to
Buyer. The findings of thethird-party inspection agency would be final and binding on both the parties.

the issuing date of FCO.

INSPECTION : SGS or equivalent at loading port by seller’s expenses.
INSURANCE : 110% of the shipment value.

PAYABLE AFTER THE ARRIVAL AT DISCHARGE PORT AND INSPECTION BY SGS OF EACH MONTHLY SHIPMENT.
STOCKS ARE AVAILABLE IN SOUTH AFRICA FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.
NO PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF MATERIALS AT ITS CURRENT LOCATIONS DUE TO COVID-19,. INSPECTION OF
MATERIALS IS ONLY POSSIBLE AT DURBAN STORAGE FACILITY WERE ALL MATERIALS WILL BE CONSOLIDATED
FROM OUR VARIOUS COLLECTION POINT
. INCOTERMS: Unless otherwise specified adhering to INCOTERMS 2000, plus Subsequent amendments.
PROCEEDURE:
# Seller issues FCO.
# Buyer accepts/rejects after initial due diligence.
# Upon acceptance of FCO, Seller issues draft contract.
# Contract is signed by Buyer, returned to Seller for his signature. (Electronically executed copies of the
contract are legal and acceptable.)
# Facilitating documentation/export authorization for non-resident and tax exemption required.
# Buyer complies to the contract obligation and logistic company commence processing and transportation to
port of Durban via destination.

# All cargo and ships must be tested for COVID-19 by the port of shipment.
# Inspection of materials is only possible at Durban storage facility were all materials will be
consolidated from ourvarious collection point.
