Material to be suitable for re-rolling into bars and shapes. Free from bent and twisted Rails, frog, switch
and guard rails, rails with split heads and broken flanges. Continuous welded rail may be included
provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of a piece of rail. Free from fluff, non- ferrous inclusions
excessive rust and other impurities. Free from war and explosives, shells, cartridges, other arms and
ammunitions used or otherwise and any closed containers. Free from anyradioactive materials, any
harmful chemicals, substances and coatings any organic waste, any otherharmful substances. Dirt, dust,
rust, fluff and other impurities not allowed over 5%.

INITIAL DELIVERY TIME: 25days after receipt and acceptance of payment instrument for thematerials.
INSPECTION AGENCY : SGS at the port of loading.
DOCS REQ’D FOR PAYMENT: Bill of Lading, CommercialInvoice and other documents to
be specified in the contract. DOCSREQ’DFOR PAYMENT: Bill ofLading, Commercial Invoice and other documents tobe
specifiedinthe contract.
VALIDITY: The validity ofthis FCO to be5 international banking days fromthe issuing

date of FCO.

PROCEEDURE:
Buyer send his loi directly addressed to seller.
Seller generate FCO against buyer LOI.
Buyer accepts/rejects after initial due diligence.
Upon acceptance of FCO, Seller issues draft contract.
Contract is signed by Buyer, returned to Seller for his signature. (Electronically executed copies of the contract arelegal
and acceptable by both parties.)
Application and submission of Itac clearance for Tax exemption required.
Buyer immediately issue payment as agreed for the logistic company to start processing and transportation of his
materials to port of Durban via destination.
Materials inspection is only possible atDurban port, where all materials will be assembled from our various collection
point.
9.Buyer must apply and obtain COVID-19 clearance before being allowed to the seaport of shipment at his cost.VERY
IMPORTANT: Photos and Videos of Stock on special demand must be paid for
